Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors representing any and all retail and craft merchandise are welcome in the New Market Souvenir & Gift Show.  Exhibitors can rent and display their products in one, or more, of the hotel rooms by filling out the application form and paying the exhibitor fee to the Show.  Exhibitors have the option of having the furniture removed from the room for maximum display space, or leaving the bed in the room and using it as an exhibit/sleeping room.  There is an additional charge separate from the exhibit fee directly from the Quality Inn for all sleeping arrangements, including sleeping in an exhibit room.

The exhibit fee provides:

  -   A hotel room, with or without furniture.
-   Display tables, 4’ and 6’.
-   Wooden risers (6’) for the tables.
-   Show sign featuring Exhibit Company & 
  representative’s name.
- Complimentary coffee & donuts each morning.
- Complimentary lunch each day.
- Complimentary “Meet & Greet” cocktail party 
  Monday evening.
